12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m EST
HealthCare Appraisers and Intercept Telehealth are pleased to deliver a joint webinar demonstrating the value proposition of telemedicine in the intensive care unit. Intercept Telehealth is a physician-led telemedicine company that offers customized service offerings to facilities in need of ICU and other specialist services. HealthCare Appraisers is a full-service valuation firm that regularly issues fair market value opinions on a wide variety of telemedicine arrangements and transactions.
With the recent accelerated adoption of telemedicine services, various stakeholders have sought a clearly-articulated narrative for the value proposition of telemedicine services. The goal of this webinar is to provide a holistic case for telemedicine services using Intercept Telehealth’s TeleICU model. We will combine clinical, operational, and financial insights to demonstrate how and why such service models deliver value. The webinar will illustrate these principles using a case study based on common real-world conditions and by diving deeply into the following key domains of value: patient outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, service line efficiency, and financial viability.
Learning Objectives:
- Detail the primary domains of value for telemedicine and TeleICU services
- Explore the key value differentiators that characterize higher-performing telemedicine service lines
- Understand the various TeleICU models of care and their unique contributions to value
- Explore the connection between the TeleICU and positive performance across the primary domains of value
